The evil bastard scales reckon I’m a good 10kgs heavier than I should be. I’m sure it’s just the battery going or something and not true facts. Still, I’m off the bread and on the bike for a few weeks. Noting it here so I know when I kicked off.

A few episodes into The Diplomat on Netflix. It’s a wonderfully cast thing and does a great job of playing up the chaos and farce of politics (so far). Recommended based on the first couple of hours.
