They stuck the landing on Star Trek: Picard. Wow. This whole season has been brilliant… keeping the mystery running for 80% of it and then just going full First Contact for the outro. Seeing that cast together and the various notes they hit… all the feels.

For the spin-off they tried to sell us at the end - well, at least we know why they spent threw so much moeny at the Titan set. It’s got a lot of narrative potential though - they’ve got a nice ship, a bunch of characters in interesting places (especially intrigued to see how they’d play Seven/Raffi), and the world is in an interesting place (after all three seasons of Picard) with Starfleet very much on the back foot.

I’m on board. (Just don’t call it Star Trek: Legacy.)
